Welcome to Stacy Amaral Hair Design. I am a professional, free lance hair stylist with many years of experience in the cosmetology industry. I have established a very diverse client base and new clients are always welcome. My business currently resides at Douglas Saboe Hair Designs within the North Park District of San Diego. I provide a multitude of professional salon services in a relaxed atmosphere of eclectic art and culture.

I graduated from beauty school in 1997 and have furthered my career over the years by taking several high profile cut and color classes from the best of the best...Bumble and Bumble..Toni and Guy..Loreal Professional and many others. My education is ongoing and I take pride in keeping up with the latest industry techniques and advancements in both skill set and design. I specialize in both men and women's haircuts, individual design and color. I offer personalized services for Weddings and Special Occasion. I can be on location as needed. I have been involved in numerous photo shoots, fashion shows and both private and public events.

The education I have received has helped me develop an artistic imagination in hair color and design which is the staple to success. I can be just as traditional as I am daring, trendy or fashion forward. I believe your hair is your most important accessory and you will never leave the salon without feeling one hundred percent in love with how amazing your hair looks. I am very passionate at what I do and all of my clientele have one thing in common; they want great hair. My favorite thing about my work is that once I am finished, each and every one of my clients walks out of the salon looking fabulous and feeling amazing.

I am a native of San Diego. I come from a large Portuguese family and enjoy being a part of my community. I grew up and still live in Point Loma. I have been doing hair for the annual Festa de Espiritu Santo, which is the oldest running festival in San Diego, for the past twenty years. I come from a family with a strong background in the beauty industry.
